Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using Zowar Maad's services. By booking a tour, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Booking & Payment

All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of written confirmation from Zowar Maad. Full payment or a deposit may be required to secure your booking.

2. Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before the tour start time. Cancellations within 48 hours may be charged up to 50% of the tour price. No-shows will be charged the full amount.

3. Liability

4. Changes to Itinerary

Zowar Maad may modify tour itineraries due to weather, safety, or operational reasons. We will notify guests and offer alternatives or refunds where applicable.

All participants are expected to behave respectfully toward guides, local communities, and heritage sites. Zowar Maad reserves the right to remove any participant who endangers others or behaves inappropriately.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Saudi courts.
