Cancellation & Refund Policy
Terms and conditions for booking cancellation and financial refund before or after payment
1. Free Cancellation Before Check-in
Guests can cancel their booking free of charge up to 48 hours prior to the check-in date. Full refund will be transferred back to their bank account.
2. Late Cancellation (Within 48 Hours)
For cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in, only the first night fee will be charged, and remaining amounts will be refunded.
3. Refund Process & Timelines
Bank refunds are processed to the original bank account within 3 to 5 official business days after cancellation approval.
4. No-Show Policy
If the guest does not show up on the check-in date without prior cancellation notice, the first night fee will apply and remaining nights refunded.
